Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing patient demographics and insurance information.
• Answer calls, greet visitors, and route inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Review clinical records for completeness and accuracy of authorization and signatures.
• Coordinate patient appointments, testing, and procedures within the division.
