Job summary

The University of Miami Health System is seeking a Clinical Business Operations Representative 3 to work on the UHealth campus in a hybrid, full-time capacity. This role handles pre- and post-care processes, patient data collection, and receptionist duties to support efficient clinical operations.

The incumbent will triage calls, manage patient records with discretion, and coordinate with physicians and staff to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre and post patient care processes and expectations.
• Obtain and review patient demographic, insurance and referral information.
• Review clinical records for completeness including authorizations and signatures.
• Answer phone calls, triage inquiries, direct calls and document messages.
• Greet visitors and callers and route to appropriate staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve smooth workflow of the practice.
• Provide coverage for coworkers as needed and maintain confidentiality.
• Adhere to University policies and protect campus assets.
