You will collaborate with leadership, clinicians, and vendors to implement changes aligned with safety and regulatory goals.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, documentation, and education material development, with frequent regional travel and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical discipline, IT/Informatics, Business, Education, Management, Communications, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years in a role with primary duties on a clinical information system in healthcare.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Experience with adult learning concepts and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application expertise to enhance laboratory information systems.
• Respond to improvement needs in the functional operation of laboratory computer systems.
• Collaborate to document system design and workflow for clinical and lab management, staff, and providers.
• Serve as liaison between laboratory stakeholders and system build teams.
• Design, analyze, and optimize clinical and laboratory information systems.
• Ensure system design aligns with standardization, integration, and regulatory requirements.
