Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in clinical discipline or related field
- 2 years in a role with a clinical information system in a healthcare setting
- Experience with EHR systems
- Experience with benefits and challenges of adult learning
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and application expertise to enhance laboratory information systems
- Respond to improvement needs in laboratory computer system operation
- Document system design and workflow processes for clinical and laboratory management
- Act as liaison between laboratory stakeholders and system build teams
- Design, analyze and optimize clinical and laboratory information systems
- Ensure systems align with standardization, integration and efficiency goals
- Share knowledge with team members and support change training materials
