Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline, IT/Informatics, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years in a role with primary duties using a clinical information system in healthcare.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Experience with adult learning concepts and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application expertise to enhancements of laboratory information systems.
• Respond to improvement needs in laboratory computer systems.
• Document system design and workflow processes for clinical and lab management.
• Serve as liaison between lab stakeholders and system build teams.
• Ensure system design supports standardization, integration, and efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Share knowledge with team members and collaborate with education for change communications and training.
