Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical discipline, information technology/informatics, business, education, management, communications, or related field.
• 2 years in a role with primary duties working with a clinical information system within a healthcare setting.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Experience with benefits and challenges of adult learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application expertise to enhance laboratory information systems.
• Respond to improvement needs in the functional operation of laboratory computer systems.
• Collaborate and document system design and workflow processes for clinical and laboratory management, staff, and providers.
• Function as a liaison between laboratory stakeholders and system build teams.
• Provide technical and application expertise to design, analyze, and optimize clinical and laboratory information systems.
• Ensure system design aligns with standardization, integration, and efficiency while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Share knowledge and training materials with the team and education partners.
• Perform routine maintenance; assist with testing updates and new releases prior to production use.
