OneDigital is hiring a Client Service Specialist in Berwyn, PA, offering hybrid work arrangements. You will support sales and client management by handling group enrollments, renewals, and related admin tasks. Strong communication, organization, and CRM skills are required.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent client service. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of applicable job experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assists with communications, follow-up and distribution of applications to carriers.
• Collects missing information from groups and sends approval letters to clients.
• Completes and coordinates quotes and proposals for new and renewal business.
• Updates census, policy information and commissions for all accounts and policies.
• Assists with renewals and new business applications.
• Attaches applications to client files in CRM.
• Processes outgoing packages and coordinates presentation materials.
• Follows up on service issues or CAC and acts as phone back-up for overflow.
