Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support sales and client management by assisting with group enrollment, renewals, and related administrative duties. This role focuses on improving workflows, timeliness, and client responsiveness with a strong emphasis on accuracy and client service.

Ideal candidates will have experience with MS Office, CRM systems, and a customer-service mindset to handle busy environments and drive efficient processes for our client groups and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with communications, follow-up and distribution of applications to carriers
• Collect missing information from groups and send approval letters to clients
• Prepare and coordinate quotes and proposals for new and renewal business
• Update census, policy information and commissions for all accounts
• Assist with renewals and new business applications
• Attach applications to client files in Microsoft CRM
• Process outgoing packages, shipments, mail, and presentation materials
• Follow-up on service issues or coordinate through CAC and act as call-back support
