Job summary

CPH Insurance seeks a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with insurance products and claims processing. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, support underwriting activities, and contribute to process improvements. This hybrid role is based in downtown Chicago, with opportunities for collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree and a P&C license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.
• Experience in insurance, customer service, claims administration, or underwriting support preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with navigating insurance products and digital platforms via phone and email.
• Facilitate claims submission and review with timely, accurate handling.
• Support underwriting by reviewing information and maintaining program integrity.
• Partner with tech and product teams to relay issues and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and claims activity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
