Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in business field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, claims, enrollment, billing, customer service, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex issues, escalations, and crossfunctional problem resolution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for clients and business partners by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Research and analyze issues across multiple systems to identify appropriate solutions and next steps.
• Maintain ownership of assigned cases and service requests from intake through completion.
• Provide proactive updates and followup communications to ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout the resolution process.
• Monitor assigned work and prioritize activities to meet service level expectations and client commitments.
• Identify recurring issues and elevate trends or process concerns to leadership as appropriate.
• Support operational initiatives, projects, and process improvement efforts designed to enhance the client and member experience.
