Job summary

Independence Blue Cross is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist to support clients, members, and internal partners by delivering timely solutions and exceptional service in a Hybrid role across PA, NJ, and DE.

You will research issues, own cases from intake to completion, provide proactive updates, and monitor SLAs while collaborating with multiple teams to improve the client experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare operations, claims, enrollment, billing, customer service, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex issues, escalations, and cross-functional resolution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client and member inquiries, ensuring issues are researched, coordinated, and resolved.
• Research and analyze issues across multiple systems to identify solutions and next steps.
• Maintain ownership of assigned cases and service requests from intake through completion.
• Provide proactive updates and follow-up communications to keep stakeholders informed.
• Monitor assigned work and prioritize activities to meet service level expectations and commitments.
• Identify recurring issues and elevate trends or process concerns to leadership.
• Support operational initiatives and process improvements to enhance client and member experience.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes.
