Job summary

Guidepoint Australia seeks an Associate on the Client Service team to recruit experts, conduct targeted research across public sources, and lead outreach and vetting conversations to build high-quality expert profiles for client consultations.

You will define sourcing strategies, manage multiple fast-moving client requests, and balance deadlines while maintaining high execution standards in a hybrid work environment with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.0+ required.
• Prior internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience.
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools for research and writing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network.
• Conduct targeted research to identify relevant experts.
• Lead outreach and vetting conversations with experts.
• Define sourcing strategies based on client requests.
• Manage multiple client requests with tight deadlines.
