Guidepoint’s Client Service team connects investment firms, consultancies, and corporations with experts to support informed decisions. The Associate role focuses on recruiting experts, researching public sources, and screening candidates for client projects.

You will operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office, offering mentorship and growth opportunities within the Client Service career trajectory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience preferred.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly.
• Curiosity about emerging technology and willingness to learn.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network and engage them for client consultations.
• Independently research across LinkedIn, press releases, company sites, case studies, and public sources.
• Lead cold outreach, vetting, and screening conversations to assess fit for client projects.
• Define sourcing strategies based on project scope and urgency.
• Manage multiple client requests and deadlines with high execution standards.
