Job summary

Guidepoint is seeking an Associate in the Client Service team to connect investment firms with subject-matter experts. You will learn to assess client needs, identify expert types, and recruit experts into Guidepoint’s global network.

The role offers hybrid work with three days in the office, exposure to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Successful Associates are ambitious, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable engaging senior professionals by phone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.0+ required.
• Previous internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience.
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research and writing.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Curiosity about emerging technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network and engage them for client consultations.
• Conduct targeted research across LinkedIn, press releases, company websites, case studies, and other public sources to identify relevant experts.
• Lead cold outreach, vetting, and screening conversations with experts to assess fit for client projects and prepare high-quality profiles.
• Define sourcing strategies for each client request based on scope, urgency, and target profile.
• Manage multiple client requests with competing deadlines while maintaining high execution standards.
