Job summary

The candidate will handle phone support and assist with settlement and privacy tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong grammar and writing skills required.
• Experience in brokerage or banking operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to operational client complaints ensuring regulatory compliance and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with field, operations staff and management to resolve complaint-related issues.
• Build relationships with Client Relations Editors and learn departmental processes and style guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and manage workload with initiative and accountability.
• Participate in client-facing phone support at least one day per week.
