• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook programs.
• Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.
• Exceptional phone presentation skills.
• Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment while handling a wide variety of tasks.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to be self-motivated and succeed in a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring regulatory compliance and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with field staff, operations, and management to resolve complaint-related issues.
• Build strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors and learn departmental processes.
• Manage workload with initiative, self-motivation and accountability.
• Provide phone support on client-facing lines at least one day per week.
• Support settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and special projects as needed.
• Work in a hybrid role with in-office attendance 3 days per week.
