Job description

Contract

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of a Client Relations Analyst is to research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring the Firm's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal complaint-handling guidelines.

• Analysts in this role must collaborate effectively with business partners, including field and operations staff and management, to escape and resolve complaint-related issues.

• They are also responsible for building strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors while learning departmental processes and style guidelines.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as analysts must effectively manage their workload while demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and accountability.

• This position also requires participation in the coverage of client-facing telephone lines, with analysts expected to provide phone support at least one day per week. Analysts must maintain a professional and client-focused approach while handling incoming calls and addressing inquiries.

• In addition, this position may support various operational functions within Client Relations, including settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and participation in special projects as needed.
