Job summary

24 Hour Home Care in El Segundo is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to support the client operations lifecycle, from authorization intake and service delivery through billing, payment, and case resolution. This role helps ensure authorizations and service hours are processed accurately, discrepancies are resolved, and clients and caregivers experience uninterrupted service.

Coordinators are trained across Client Operations functions and may support multiple areas as needs evolve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of administrative, operations, billing, or coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in home care, healthcare operations, or CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain client authorizations, verify service type, units, dates, funding, and rates; resolve discrepancies.
• Process submitted hours and timesheets, validate against authorizations and address discrepancies.
• Support pre-billing checks, billing closeout, reconciliation, and reauthorization tracking.
• Manage cases and escalations, communicating with clients and caregivers and coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with branches and revenue teams to improve processes.
