Job summary

24 Hour Home Care is seeking a Client Operations Supervisor to oversee the Regional Center Relations team, ensuring timely reauthorizations and resolving authorization discrepancies. You will manage coordinators and specialists, align daily execution with the broader Client Operations strategy, and drive performance while maintaining service levels.

The role is hybrid, based in El Segundo, with a schedule aligning to Pacific business hours and onboarding support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare operations or related field
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience with Regional Centers or government payors preferred
• Familiarity with authorization lifecycles and reauthorization timelines preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of coordinators and specialists, assign caseloads and monitor throughput
• Serve as first escalation for complex RC cases and disputes
• Coach and develop team through feedback and onboarding
• Maintain operational reporting and dashboards for reauthorization and funds recovery
• Improve team workflows, SOPs, and escalation paths with Sr. Manager
