WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Onboard clients, creating exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation and helping them confidently use our products.
• Implement ADP technologies by analyzing existing systems and business processes, recommending and integrating new processes, tools, and approaches.
• Partner internally with sales and customer service associates, sharing routine information with the client project team and addressing priorities and issues as they arise.
• Multi‑task and communicate by managing time‑sensitive follow‑ups and projects, sharing essential information with clients and internal teams.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, including increased phone time during peak seasons.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 per hour. Base salary offers vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include additional compensation such as bonus, equity, or commissions.
