Job summary

ADP is hiring for Implementation Specialists in a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. You will onboard clients, implement ADP technologies, and collaborate across sales and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing client success.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Training provided to be successful; no prior experience required.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP Technologies by analyzing systems, requirements, and processes.
• Partner internally with sales and customer service teams to align priorities.
• Multi-task and communicate across multiple time-sensitive follow-ups and projects.
• Adhere to a daily schedule while handling a high volume of inbound calls.
