Job summary

ADP is hiring Implementation Specialists for client onboarding in a hybrid role combining office and remote work around Illinois. You'll be the first touchpoint for small business clients, guiding them through ADP's payroll and HR solutions and setting them up for long-term success.

You'll spend your day answering calls, following up on open items, and building rapport with clients across geographies and industries.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is not required; we will train you to be successful!
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients. You'll create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP Technologies. You will analyze existing systems and implement ADP solutions.
• Partner Internally. You will collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service.
• Multi-Task & Communicate. Manage multiple follow-ups and share information with clients and teams.
• Adhere to a daily schedule. Handle a high volume of inbound calls with peak-season variability.
