Job summary

ADP is hiring Implementation Specialists for client onboarding in a hybrid role—3 days in office, 2 days at home each week. You will be the first touchpoint for small business clients, guiding them through ADP payroll and HR solutions and ensuring long-term success.

Expect a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center environment with top training, ongoing development, and opportunities to grow. English/Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus, and volunteering and inclusion are encouraged.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons may be needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and create onboarding experiences for each product/service.
• Analyze existing systems and requirements to implement ADP solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to share essential information.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive follow-ups and projects simultaneously.
• Follow a daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
