ADP, Inc. is hiring Implementation Specialists in a hybrid role, combining three days in the office with two days working from home each week.

You will be the first point of contact for small business clients, guiding onboarding and ensuring smooth adoption of ADP’s payroll and HR solutions. You will handle a high volume of calls, build client relationships, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we will train you.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
