Job summary

ADP is hiring Implementation Specialists for client onboarding in a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). You will be the first touchpoint for small business clients, guiding them through ADP's payroll and HR solutions to ensure long‑term success.

You will handle high-volume queues, build trust by phone and email, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams. ADP emphasizes ongoing training, inclusion, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is not required; we will train you to be successful!
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients. You'll create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP Technologies. You will analyze existing systems and incorporate new processes when implementing the ADP solution.
• Partner Internally. You will interact with ADP associates in sales and customer service.
• Multi-Task & Communicate. You will work on multiple time-sensitive follow-ups / projects at the same time.
• You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls.
