Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Team player with ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Strong analytical skills for quotations and client needs.

Aufgaben

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business with accuracy and proper handling of policies and endorsements.
• Coordinate submission information for marketing, including applications and schedules.
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals and bind coverage per guidelines.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business, including loss runs and proposals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for identified clients and respond to requests promptly.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and carriers.
• Assess client risk programs and provide coverage enhancement recommendations.
• Offer risk management advice during renewal reviews and endorsements.
• Collaborate with Producers and cross-functional teams on client activities.
