Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, underwriting, and commercial lines insurance preferred.
• Knowledge of binding authority and underwriting guidelines is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse book of business, ensure accurate policy documents and endorsements.
• Coordinate submission information for marketing, applications and schedules.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and bind coverage as directed.
• Support marketing and placement of new and renewal business.
• Serve as primary contact for identified clients and respond promptly to requests.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and carriers to drive loyalty.
• Assess client risk programs and provide coverage enhancement recommendations.
• Provide risk management insights during renewals and endorsements.
• Collaborate with Producers and cross-functional teams on client activities.
