Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is looking for a Client Manager to oversee a diverse book of business, coordinate marketing processes, and ensure timely service delivery. You will prepare proposals, bind coverage, and maintain policy documentation while supporting clients with their insurance needs.

The role emphasizes risk management discussions, cross-team collaboration, and strong client communication to drive agency goals.

Formación

• 3+ years in customer service or underwriting in commercial lines.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills to negotiate quotations and evaluate client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business with accuracy and proper handling of policies and requests.
• Direct gathering and preparation of submission information for marketing and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals and bind coverage per guidelines.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business with pre-renewal information packets.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, responding promptly and coordinating documents.
• Assess client risk programs, identify exposures, and provide coverage enhancement recommendations.
• Provide risk management advice during renewal reviews and endorsements.
