Marsh McLennan in the United States is seeking a Client Manager – Business Insurance to oversee a diverse book of commercial clients. You will coordinate marketing, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and maintain policy documentation while delivering outstanding service.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, client relationships, and collaboration with Producers to align on client needs. A P/C license or ability to attain is required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Oversee the servicing of a diverse book of business with accuracy and timely handling of client requests.
• Coordinate gathering and preparation of submission information for marketing and applications.
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals and bind coverage per guidelines.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business; finalize proposal summaries.
• Serve as the primary contact for identified clients and respond to requests promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Assess clients' risk programs and provide strategic recommendations for coverage enhancements.
• Provide risk management advice during renewals and endorsements.
• Collaborate with Producers and cross-functional teams to align on client activities.
