Marsh McLennan in the United States is seeking a Client Manager within our Business Insurance practice to guide a diverse book of clients, ensure timely service delivery, and support the marketing and renewal process with accuracy.

You will build strong relationships with clients and carriers, assess business risk, provide strategic recommendations for coverage enhancements, and collaborate with Producers and cross-functional teams to achieve agency goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or underwriting in commercial lines.
• Property/Casualty license or ability to attain.
• Detailed, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and carriers.

Responsabilités

• Manage client accounts and ensure timely service delivery.
• Coordinate marketing process, prepare proposals, and bind coverage.
• Maintain accurate policy documentation and client records.
