Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Manager for our business insurance practice. The role focuses on servicing a diverse client book, coordinating marketing submissions, and binding coverage while maintaining accurate policy documentation.

You will also support clients’ insurance needs and collaborate to drive agency goals. The position emphasizes risk assessment, renewal strategy, and proactive client communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or commercial lines insurance.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business and manage policy requests.
• Coordinate submission information for the marketing process with applications and schedules.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and bind coverage per guidelines.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business; compile pre-renewal packets.
• Serve as primary contact for identified clients and ensure timely document preparation.
• Assess clients' business risk programs and identify exposures; advise on coverage.
• Provide risk management guidance during renewal reviews.
