Job summary

ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office (Alpharetta, GA or Miami, FL) and 2 days remote, with 5–8 years of professional consulting or equivalent experience in HR or a systems environment.

A college degree is helpful but not required; HR certification is preferred. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to solve business challenges and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization
• 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment
• College degree is great but not required

Responsibilities

• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve: serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's complex products/technologies; resolve client issues with independent problem-solving.
• Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations: use interpersonal skills, HR knowledge, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues; set priorities and provide prompt follow-up; uphold ethical standards.
• Provide Recommendations and Educate: interpret business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients; share knowledge with less experienced consultants and specialists.
