Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital campaign management, media operations, or client service.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital formats and buying models (IO, programmatic).
• Proficiency with ad tech platforms and advanced spreadsheet tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client-ready updates.
• Experience using generative AI for reporting and drafting communications.

Responsibilities

• Client Success Ownership: be the primary ops partner for accounts and manage timelines.
• Campaign Execution & Pacing: oversee lifecycles, monitor pacing, and troubleshoot.
