Job summary

WTW in Nashville, TN is seeking an Associate Client Advocate to own client engagement and service delivery in commercial Property & Casualty. You will coordinate with Client Specialists and internal resources to deliver exceptional client experiences and retention.

The role involves designing and delivering client presentations, responding to RFPs, supporting renewal strategy, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial Property & Casualty client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of coverage forms and program design.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Mentoring and collaboration with Client Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Retain and strengthen client relationships.
• Coordinate delivery of WTW resources to ensure client experience.
• Provide strategic planning and risk management advice.
• Support renewal strategies and prospective new business.
• Lead client presentations, RFP responses, and fee discussions.
• Coordinate service delivery and invoicing processes.
• Ensure policy compliance and escalation handling.
