Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with no prior experience in Claims.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2+ years in Customer Service.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and no prior experience in Claims.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing new claims and ensuring all required information is complete.
• Making initial contact.
• Responding promptly to emails and phone calls to address questions or concerns.
• Processing incoming mail and handling relevant documentation efficiently.
• Managing medical requests and coordinating with providers as needed.
• Evaluating claims for closure and making decisions that support positive outcomes.
