Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Claims Advocate to manage and advocate for workers’ compensation and liability claims across multiple jurisdictions. The role emphasizes strategic advocacy, risk mitigation, and client-focused service in a hybrid Duluth, GA setting.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with claims systems and Excel to deliver insight-driven results for client risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of claims experience across workers’ compensation and liability (GL, Auto).
• Experience in brokerage, TPA, or carrier environments.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in claims systems, Excel, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex claims across workers’ comp and liability from start to resolve.
• Advise clients to reduce costs and improve outcomes.
• Partner with carriers, TPAs, and legal counsel on handling, reserving and settlements.
• Identify trends and propose tailored loss reduction solutions.
• Support denials, settlements, and escalated case interventions.
