Qualifications

• 5–10 years of claims experience across workers’ compensation and liability.
• Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional laws and best practices.
• Strong client-facing communication.
• Proficient in claims management systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex claims across workers’ compensation and liability from reporting to final resolution.
• Advise clients to reduce claim costs and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with carriers, TPAs, and legal counsel on handling, reserving, settlements.
• Identify trends and propose tailored loss-reduction solutions.
• Provide risk management guidance, including return-to-work strategies.
• Prepare client-facing settlement and reserve recommendations.
• Facilitate claim review meetings and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with account service team for coordinated strategy.
• Partner with risk, safety, legal, and HR teams to reduce claim frequency and severity.
• Interface with carriers, TPAs, and attorneys to resolve claims.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations.
