Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs is a core service within Gartner ETS, serving CIOs and senior IT leaders globally. The role manages financial services member relationships and develops customized service plans aligned with Mission Critical Priorities.

You will conduct on-site and virtual briefings, participate in workshops and webinars, and collaborate with Gartner Sales to drive engagement and renewals for ExP offerings. This is a senior advisory role in a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• Consulting and/or CxO roles with 15+ years of progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Cloud, etc.)
• Led or co-led large end-to-end transformative initiatives
• Deep understanding of CIO priorities and IT industry trends
• Sales and/or business development experience with CXO executives
• Industry focus: Banking, Credit Unions, Insurance, Wealth Investments

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships within Banking/Financial Services
• Create service solutions for clients using ExP products
• Define and deliver innovative solutions by MCP priorities and a customized service plan
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars
• Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant
• Partner with Gartner’s Sales organization to ensure member engagement and renewal
