Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a premier, membership-based service within Gartner ETS, serving CIOs and senior IT leaders across 87 countries. You will manage CIO relationships, craft tailored solutions leveraging ExP products, and lead end-to-end programs that align with members' Mission Critical Priorities.

You will engage in on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and events, collaborating with Gartner's sales teams to drive engagement and renewal.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting or CxO roles with technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Cloud, etc.).
• Experience with Life sciences, including pre-revenue to commercialization is ideal.
• Proven track record leading large end-to-end transformative initiatives.
• Deep understanding of CIO priorities and IT leadership trends.
• Demonstrated sales and/or business development with CXO executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of CIO relationships (28+) with a focus on Banking & Financial Services.
• Leverage CxO experience to craft service solutions across ExP products.
• Define and deliver innovative MCP-based service plans for members.
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, rounds, and webinars.
• Present or facilitate at ExP events as appropriate.
