Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) partners with CIOs and senior IT leaders to deliver mission-critical technology insights and tailored service plans across 87 countries. The role centers on managing high-profile CIO relationships, leveraging executive-level expertise, and co-creating innovative solutions that align with member priorities.

The successful candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, participate in on-site and virtual engagements, and work closely with Gartner's Sales team

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting and/or CxO roles with progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, CLOUD).
• Experience from within Life sciences; New Drug Development, R&D and moving from pre-revenue to commercialization ideal.
• Demonstrated exposure to large end-to-end transformative initiatives with leadership of large critical programs.
• Deep understanding of CIO focus areas and IT industry priorities, including leadership, operations, strategy and metrics.
• Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ CIO member relationships with focus in Banking & Financial Services.
• Leverage subject matter expertise as a former C-Suite Executive to create service solutions for clients using all ExP products.
• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member MCPs and developing a customized service plan.
• Conduct a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, analyst visits, roundtables and webinars.
• Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant.
• Build a strong partnership with Gartner's Sales organization to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business.
