Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) partners with CIOs and senior IT leaders to deliver tailored, high-impact knowledge and services. The ExP team provides strategic solution designs leveraging Gartner’s breadth of products and research, guiding members from pre-revenue to scalable, value-driven outcomes.

The role blends on-site and virtual engagements, including workshops, roundtables, and analyst visits, to drive satisfaction, renewals and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• CxO-level consulting and/or leadership experience with 15+ years in technology domains (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Cloud, etc.).
• Demonstrated exposure to large end-to-end transformative programs and CIO focus areas.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ CIO relationships with emphasis on Banking & Financial Services.
• Leverage former C‑Suite expertise to design solutions using ExP products.
• Define and deliver innovative service plans based on MCPs.
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, analyst visits, roundtables and webinars.
• Present or facilitate ExP events where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Gartner Sales to drive member engagement and renewals.
