Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a premier service within Gartner ETS, serving CIOs and senior IT leaders worldwide. This role focuses on managing 28+ CIO relationships in Banking & Financial Services, crafting customized service plans and delivering executive-level briefings and workshops.

You will leverage C-suite experience to drive solutions across ExP products, collaborating with Gartner’s Sales to secure engagement and renewals. Join a leader in AI and digital transformation insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or CXO roles with 15+ years of technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Cloud).
• Experience in Life sciences, including New Drug Development, R&D, and moving from pre-revenue to commercialization is ideal.
• Led or co-led large end-to-end transformative initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ CIO relationships with focus in Banking & Financial Services.
• Leverage executive-level subject matter expertise to create service solutions using ExP products.
• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing MCPs and developing customized service plans.
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, analyst visits, roundtables and webinars.
• Present or facilitate ExP events where relevant.
• Partner with Gartner’s Sales organization to ensure member engagement and renewal.
