Manage 28+ CIO relationships, crafting solutions from ExP offerings and delivering MCP-based service plans. Engage through on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and events while partnering with sales for renewals.

Qualifications

15+ years in consulting or CxO-level technology roles.
Experience in Life sciences, including NDDD/R&D contexts.
Led or co-led large, end-to-end transformative initiatives.
Deep understanding of CIO priorities and IT leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 28+ CIO relationships in Banking & Financial Services.
Leverage executive experience to design service solutions across ExP products.
Define and deliver customized service plans based on MCPs.
Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, visits, roundtables and webinars.
Present or facilitate ExP events as appropriate.
Partner with Gartner Sales to drive member engagement and renewals.
