Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a senior Executive Programs leader to manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships within Banking and Financial Services.

You will leverage deep industry and IT leadership expertise to create tailored service solutions across ExP products, define innovative plans around member MCPs, and deliver both on-site and virtual briefings including workshops, visits, and roundtables. Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting and/or CXO-facing technology roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, end-to-end transformative programs.
• Strong understanding of CIO priorities, IT operations, and transformation trends.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales to drive member engagement and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships within Banking and Financial Services.
• Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients using ExP products.
• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing MCPs and developing customized service plans.
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, visits, roundtables and webinars.
• Present or facilitate at ExP events when relevant.
• Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization to drive engagement and renewals.
