Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) seeks a senior leader to manage CIO relationships and create customized service plans for Banking & Financial Services clients. You will leverage C‑Suite experience to deliver ExP solutions and collaborate with Gartner’s Sales team to drive engagement and renewal.

With 15+ years in technology and deep Life Sciences exposure, you will guide end-to-end transformative initiatives, shape MCP priorities, and deliver on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and events

Qualifications

Consulting or CxO roles with 15+ years technology exposure.
Experience from Life sciences industries; R&D and moving from pre-revenue to commercialization is ideal.
Demonstrate exposure to large E2E transformative initiatives and leading critical programs.
Extensive knowledge of CIO focus areas and IT industry priorities and metrics.
Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 28+ member CIO relationships with a focus in Banking & Financial Services.
Leverage C‑Suite Executive experience to create service solutions using ExP products.
Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing MCPs and developing a customized service plan.
Conduct a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops and webinars.
Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant.
Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization and collaborate to ensure engagement and renewal.
