Job summary

Caesarstone, Ltd. in the United States seeks a results-driven program support lead to back regional sales teams in building the CS Connect framework and customer presentations.

You will act as the expert resource for customers in conducting presentations and guiding them through the program concept, deliverables and expectations. The role includes virtual training, collaboration with Marketing and Sales Leads to enhance materials, and travel to regional events to promote the program.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in account management, business development, related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications or any related field.
• CRM experience would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point person for US sales regions in developing the framework and presentation of the managed program for key customers.
• Guide customers through the program concept, deliverables and expectations during presentations.
• Participate in meetings with potential large or strategic customers, in person or virtual.
• Conduct virtual training sessions to educate CS Connect Program Retailers and Fabricators on systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leads to enhance presentation materials and ensure program success.
• Develop incentives and go-to-market strategies with Channel Marketing and Sales Leaders to retain and acquire customers.
• Capture customer feedback and present findings to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Attend regional or national conventions and trade shows to promote the CS Connect program.
• Other duties as assigned.
