Job summary

Caesarstone Ltd. - Corporate is seeking a hybrid customer service and sales support professional to empower regional sales teams across the US.

You will develop the framework and presentation of the CS Connect program for key customers, acting as a central resource during proposals and demonstrations. The role requires 3-5 years in account management or business development, with CRM experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience in account management, business development, related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications or related field.
Dynamic and sharp with excellent attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills.
CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as central point person for US sales regions in developing the framework and presentation of the managed program for key customers.
Serve as expert resource for customers during presentations and guide them through program concepts, deliverables and expectations.
Participate in meetings with potential large or strategic customers (in person or virtual).
Conduct ongoing virtual training sessions to educate participating CS Connect Program Retailers and Fabricators on systems and processes.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leads to enhance presentation materials to ensure program success.
