Job summary

Caesarstone Ltd. in the United States seeks a hybrid Customer Support & Account Management professional to back regional sales teams with program framing and customer presentations.

You will act as a central resource, guiding customers through the CS Connect program, conducting trainings, refining materials with Marketing, and supporting sales leads in preparing proposals for key accounts across the US. Travel ~50%.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in account management, business development, related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications or related field
• Proven track record in providing effective and high quality customer service
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Act as central point person for US sales regions in developing framework and presentation of the managed program for key customers
• Act as expert resource for customers in conducting presentations and guiding through program concepts, deliverables and expectations
• Participate in meetings with potential large or strategic customers
• Conduct ongoing virtual training sessions to educate participating CS Connect Program Retailers and Fabricators
• Support Marketing and Sales Leads to enhance presentation materials to ensure program success
• Develop incentives and go-to-market strategies with Channel Marketing and Sales Program Leaders
• Capture and analyze customer feedback and present findings to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement with the managed program
• Participate in regional or national conventions and trade shows to promote the CS Connect program
• Other duties as assigned
