Job summary

Caesarstone Ltd. - Corporate in the US seeks an experienced Account Manager to support regional sales teams. You will help build and present the CS Connect program to key customers, guide presentations, and train retailers and fabricators on processes.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize materials and campaigns. The role requires 3–5 years in a related field, a business degree, strong communication, and the ability to travel and present at conventions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in account management or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications or related field.
• Dynamic with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• CRM experience is a strong advantage; able to work in a team or independently.
• Strong communication, collaboration and results orientation; reliable under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point for US sales regions to develop the managed program framework and presentation.
• Guide customers through the program concept, deliverables, and expectations during presentations.
• Attend regional or national meetings with potential large customers.
• Conduct virtual training sessions for CS Connect Program Retailers and Fabricators.
• Enhance presentation materials with Marketing and Sales Leads to drive program success.
• Develop incentives and go-to-market strategies with Sales Leaders to retain and acquire customers.
• Capture and analyze customer feedback; present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in the program.
• Represent the program at conventions and trade shows; perform other duties as assigned.
