Job summary

Reuters is seeking a Senior Manager of Change Management to lead change strategy and execution for large-scale initiatives within Marketing & Communications, a 700+ person organization. The role requires building sponsor alignment, assessing impacts, and enabling adoption across people, processes, and technology.

You will partner with MarComm leaders and stakeholders to drive readiness, sponsor engagement, and sustainable change across a matrixed environment, influencing without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in change management or organizational effectiveness, ideally in marketing, communications, or creative operations.
• Proven track record owning change independently at comparable scale.
• Executive-level stakeholder management; influence without authority across a large, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own the change strategy and roadmap with clear objectives and plans.
• Translate future-state designs into people/process impacts; run readiness assessments.
• Coach executives on sponsorship and align initiative leads.
• Deliver role-based training and enablement materials.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Embed change risk and readiness into PMO governance.
• Develop reusable change playbooks, tools and templates.
